Branch Chair (Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire)

At Butterfly Conservation we want to create a world where butterflies and moths are enjoyed by everyone, forever. We are looking for a Branch Chair to lead the local Branch in making a local contribution to our organisational goals. Together, we will halve the number of threatened species of butterflies and moths, improve the condition of the UK’s most important landscapes and transform 100,000 wild spaces in the UK for butterflies, moths and people.

This influential role involves working with local partners, volunteers and staff to lead the Branch activities for the year, helping us to create the world we strive for. You will use your passion for butterflies and moths to make a tangible difference and help increase the impact of our work. You can do this role from home and in your local area, but sometimes you may need to travel longer distances – for example to other branches or Butterfly Conservation offices.
